The vibration settings start so gentle that I actually forgot to be nervous, which never happens for me. It's become a small part of my routine now instead of something I dread.

I was skeptical about the price, but the gentle vibration actually helped me relax instead of tensing up like I usually do. Started on the lowest setting and worked my way up over a few weeks. Didn't expect something this simple to make that much difference.

The vibration settings are gentle enough that I didn’t feel overwhelmed, which was my biggest worry going in. It’s become a regular part of my solo routine and honestly makes the whole process feel less like a chore and more like something I look forward to.
